The main project guideline was the relocation and the change towards flexible space. Workers do not have assigned workstations but still work in their teams in more flexible conditions. The workplace research outcomes showed the diversity in the ways teams work. The outcomes and research conclusions have been reflected in the architectural project.

The specificity of the project lies in the separation of the front office (the client zone) and back office (workers’ zone). This guideline is also visible in the design. Back office is in general more cozy while the front office showcases the company’s professionalism and emphasizes its values.
